Our flight school uses skyscheduler. It's basically a full fledged scheduling program where you can list the airplanes you have, and the instructors you have, then schedule planes online as you go. You add students on there and they can pay online, their account balance is kept track of, and the list goes on. You can even put airplane mx on there so if a 100 hour comes up, no one will be able to check that plane out until the 100 hour is finished. It's all here...
