Ouch - that's a quick way to get your application eliminated. Sarcasm is not appreciated by anyone, I assure you. You insulted both her and her employer - what makes you think in any way that they'd want to hire you now? I don't care what college you graduated from or what your qualifications are, if you sent that email to me and I was a hiring manager, I sure as hell wouldn't hire you.
The FAA may have its problems, but you're still the one seeking employment from them. Don't forget that.
