That really bothered me. This is the reply I sent:
"Dear Ms. Navarrete: Thank you very much for respecting my privacy by sharing my e-mail address (which incidentally contains my first and last name) with tens of other applicants. It comes to no surprise that the FAA is unable to keep track of each candidate's hiring status when its employees are unable to figure out how to properly use something as simple as the Bcc: feature on their mail client.
