As of recently one of my former captains is now at IBC and confirms that they employ FO's.... I don't know what your times and experience looks like.... but that may be the reason they haven't responded... I mean they do want to fill the seats but at the same time they do want people who can make it through training (which wasn't a cakewalk for me and I have heard the same from others) and upgrade within a reasonable amount of time ie. 1 year. When you get enough posts shoot me a pm and I will see if I can get you in contact with someone who works there.
I also heard through the grapevine that they will be recieving 3 Saabs in the next few months.... which would develop a need for pilots..... or so I would think..... they might just be replacements.
