oh i understand, i was just explaining to banana man that phx is quite a bit different when it comes to electricity in the summer time.
but yea... in an apartment, one thing to understand is that heat/air is escaping everywhere....those windows/doors are not sealed and so there will be a bit of a higher electric bill (shouldn't be as high as mine...i remember mind being about $150 in high summer). |
