You just have to look at aviation job sites like climbto350, aviationcareers.com and etc...
The island hopping jobs that i know of are
Island Air
Pac Wings
GO! Airlines (mesa)....haha,
Cape Air
Seabourne Airlines
there are others out there, but those are the ones I know of. Some of those jobs listed above aren't that great.
