It says that the file should show the disposition (i.e. that the charges were dropped). If it just shows the arrest and no disposition is listed, that might explain my problems with the board of education.

It also says that I can appeal to the submitting agency if the info is not correct. I'm pretty sure that I can't get everyone involved to just erase my file, but showing that the charges were dropped without any sort of plea would be a step in the right direction.
