It was the fact that they had the parameters for the outside influence on the flight controls set too high. You breathed on them, it would fail the PBIT.

And the APU in Frontier I question too. How would that be an oops wrong switch when the apu is over head and the engine start/stop a guarded switch on the center pedestal? Something doesnt jive there.....
