CAL is #2 to Europe behind Southernjets in both passengers and number of destinations.
Tilton seems to want to make UAL the acquired carrier in whatever transaction takes place. With the number of SLI issues going to arbitration, the acquired carrier usually loses out. Either way CAL or Airways, I see the UAL pilots losing whatever seniority battle they face.
