we're looking at late september thru early november....we should be deciding a date pretty soon.. we have to call the vegas convention center and make sure when the conventions are this year because that will play a major part in hotel costs and rental costs for other meeting space....

if anyone would like to take control in calling the convention center and defining a weekend, we're all up for some help.

oh - and for those under 21 folks... we are going to see what we can do to hold a daytime networking mingle on one of the days for the younger folks to meet the older folks (network)... and then nightime will be an "adult swim" with the over 21 folks only.
