If you have no irregularities, don't worry.

Irregular heart beat can be normal or abnormal. The only way to tell the cause is an ECG. Depending on the cause of the irregular rhythm, one may or may not need a cardiac evaluation for a medical certificate. This is true for all classes of certificates.
