Just interviewed with them today. The interview is as described on the gouges. Both the Wonderlic and the IFR test are still in place. I got to talk to Shane and the Chief Pilot of CHQ for the HR and Tech, was shorter then I expected. My advice, read the Application carefully! They ask if you have EVER had a traffic violation and I put no thinking it was the typical 5 yr deal. But I explained myself during the HR portion. The tech was pretty straight forward remember the 1/3 rule for decent planning, brief an approach and what to do if you lose an engine after v1 but prior to v2 with 10,000 ft left. Sim was also as described flew the ILS 10 into Lafayette full procedure, remember to call the missed (oops!). It didnt take as long as I thought. I hope i hear back soon!
