Most pilot jobs in the military require you to be a commissioned officer. That will require a 4 year degree for starters. You can fly in the Army as a Warrant Officer without college, but I couldn't begin to tell you how their program works. Go down to the local recruiting office and ask to speak to the officer recruiter. That will get you pointed in the right direction.
