Re: CFI Interview at FSA
I went through part of it as a graduate.
Week one involved a day of three interview with different people.
A week later, one day was devoted to teaching a manouver to the chief instructor, head of training, and centre manager. A week afterward was supposed to be a session in the seminole sim with the chief instructor. It all seemed a bit drawn out.
I had a job at another school by the end of the first week, and skipped the rest, but I found the interviews very interesting, as a chance to talk to some very experienced teachers. They need instructors more than you need to work there, so keep that persepctive in mind, it's a great interview attitude, as it takes away from the nerves.
