I've never seen a "list" of approved 141 schools that are VA approved, and when I called the VA they said that they didn't have such a combined published list. Trust me, if the school has is approved for VA benefits, they will plaster every piece of advertising they publish with it. But, make sure to read the fine print that the programs that you are interested in are indeed covered for VA approval.

Then, call the VA office and weed your way through the disaster of a phone menu and talk to someone that can say yes or no to the school that you are inquiring about and the specifics from the VA about what the school is approved for. This is what worked for me.
