Sorry to be the dissenting opinion, but it's always amazing to hear people working for companies like this with all the bad background they have. If people would just stop applying for and accepting positions at these places, perhaps they'd change their practices.

Anyway, off my soapbox... I sincerely do wish you good luck and hope that it becomes a good thing for you.
