I'm rockin' the Telex 750 with ear plugs. One of these days I'm going to get around to getting a pair of custom ear molds done, but right now I'm using the brown heros that you can get at CVS. They're more comfortable than the big orange ones that the company provides, though after 2-3 hours they start to really wear on me. As long as I can get them out for 20-30 minutes during a turn everything is good.

The only problem I've had has been women's voices can be muffeled on some intercoms. I dunno what the deal is, but some airplanes have better, clearer intercoms than others.
