I have a few buddies of mine flying for Caribbean Sun, Sky King and Lait. But are not really on aviation forums like this one, so there hard to come by. but from what i have heard...the Caribbean airlines actually pay better for First year FO's and the flying is pretty awesome (so ive heard)
