Let's see, the tally for the week:
1. Training for the MEI and CFII: $1850.
2. Examiner fee for two checkrides $700
3. Two nights at the Country Hearth Inn in Siler City, NC: $120
4. Countless gallons of 87 octane: lost count
5. Hearing the pilot recruiter for Piedmont say "I'd like to offer you a class date of xxxx": priceless
(I don't think it's officially PFJ, but training for two instructor ratings for two days definitely helped me on my interview

)
Three days, two checkrides, and one interview later, and I'm beat. 3.5 years from cubicle to flight deck, if I can do it, anyone can. Stay the course, fellow cube monkeys!
Thanks JC,!
