is this worth even attending if you arent in CFII or the CRJ class (ie - graduating very very soon)??

and i dont mean in the sense of "yes networking is always important" but more of in the sense "is this going to really serve me some concrete good and be worth my time"?

im hoping ill have 325 done by then, should i go to this? if so, what can i expect and what should i bring?

its kinda frustrating not having any clue whatsoever as to what this thing even is........ sometimes the dissemination of information around the aviation department seems very hit and miss...
Wow, you attitude is awesome! Make sure to bring it with you to the conference & career fair and I'm sure they'll give you a job right away.

I was in SAMA for 4 years while at UND. Since you have no clue what's going on, I'll give you a quick rundown. During the conference they will being in gust speakers, most of them are UND Alumni. It is a way to see how they got from UND to where they are now, while providing some good tips and pointers how to get into this indutry.

As for the career fair. Well, it's a Career Fair. You should dress nice and bring copies of resumes and/or some business cards. Even if you are not looking for a job right now, it is still good to meet people from the industry, see what the companies have to offer, and if you still don't care, just take a walk through and grab some free stuff.

It is definitely worthwhile! I've made a ton of contacts while doing this for 4 years.

I guess it is official now! ASA has stopped hiring. Maybe Screaming Emu knows more...
