The better regionals have them. ASA and ExpressJet for example. I don't know the details of their rigs, but I understand they're pretty good. But generally, any rig is better than none at all. They go a long way towards forcing the company to keep the schedules more efficient so you aren't sitting around on unpaid airport appreciation breaks all the time.
