I applied for the state of South Carolina back in August 2007 and then in February 2008 for the nation.
I spoke with the FAA yesterday and found out the test will apply to any jobs I applied for. From what I found out, the Eastern division met in Feburary (enroute met in early Feburary, and terminal met in late February) to pull applicants of which they are now going through PEPC during March (ie Jacksonville, Miami the last two weeks). The Eastern division is responsible for filling positions from Memphis going east and from Maine to Florida. I don't know about the centeral and western divisions of when they met etc.
It is estimated that the Eastern division will be meeting again in April to select more applicants for interviews/PEPC (of which I guess PEPC would occur in May based on last cycle)
From what I read on another post from someone who just went through PEPC in Miami on Monday, he was told it would take a month to hear back regarding a class date for OKC. I also found out they like to give a 30 day notice prior to having to attend class. So looks like 2 months after PEPC before actually heading to OKC.
