Thankfully, she wasn't more seriously hurt. Hopefully, you can rid yourself of the incredible guilt you're feeling and help her make a full recovery. I can't even imagine witnessing such a horrific accident and hope you can focus on her recovery. We're there for you...please keep us posted.
