2. If I had to start over knowing what I know now, I would have either stayed at Chautauqua (i'd be in the top 15 or 20 Captains), I would have stayed at AirTran (i'd be in the top hundred or so Captains), and I never would have gone to Comair after being furloughed by US Airways.
3. Get a Non-Aviation degree and always keep 6 months salary in liquid assets or short term high yield accounts (CDs, high interest money markets, etc.) where you can quickly gain access without too significant of a penalty.
4. Any FBO is fine. Training is what you make of it.
