So, as of right now, I have an interview, and my CFII and MEI (both in a twin) training all scheduled for next week, and I'm trying to figure out whether or not to keep it that way.
On one hand, if the interview doesn't work out (which I'm assuming going into it that it won't) I'll get an immediate raise at my flight school. Of course, we don't have a multi ton instruct in, but I'll have it in case opportunities pop up, which they seem to do when you're hanging out at the airport, which I seem to do a lot more of than flying
On the other hand, in the event that I am offered the job and I accept it, and because we don't have a multi to teach in (and the -II will be in a twin, requiring me to do a single add on) the $$$$ could be better spent towards knocking out the last 6 or 7 classes I need for my degree.
The other considerations are I might be close to spent come interview day - which I assume nerves will take care of - and those days I'm not at work I'm not flying and getting paid, although right now I've only got 2 lessons scheduled (I'm off Tue/Wed) which prompted this whole job search in the first place.
