I've tried to get a charter gig but I have not had any luck. Most of the charter jobs that I looked into want to see no less than 5,000 hours, an ATP, some turbine experience, and knowing someone on the inside to walk in your resume.

I figure with my times, I can definitely get into a top tier regional. I have heard a lot of good things about Republic Airways. They are at the top of my list.
