I doubt it now with the oil prices. I think even the richer Arab companies and the very elite American companies are buckling up on oil usage. If it was fully developed maybe 5-6 years ago I would see it as a possibility. Right now though, I think it will probably go the same way as the Boeing Sonic Cruiser.
