Any Current Info on Cape Air's Interview and Training? I am wondering if anybody has any current information concerning Cape Air's interview process. I am currently instructing in Texas and like my job a lot. However, I do not see myself instructing for much longer. I am not quite ready for the full-blown airline experience (I am not ready to start my career job at 21) and am thinking about starting out smaller. From what I have read, Cape Air seems like the place for me. With my hours (600+ TT, 100 ME, and about 100 XC), I do not quite meet the requirements, but should by summer. If I get an interview and get hired, what should I expect in terms of training? Is the training passable or not? Is it like most regional airlines now? Any information would be great. Also, is this a good company to fly for when my ultimate goal is to fly for the regionals? Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading. |
