Simply, you move up to the Lear, or you move on. From the props at Airnet people have moved on to corporate, charter, or the regionals. From the Lears at Airnet, people have moved on to the majors, bigger freight outfits, and the better fracs. Some have stayed with the company for years.
However, if you really need a commutable job, it sounds like you need the regionals.
