I just called FSA and got their side of it.
You come to them, pay them $2340 for a 1 week multi engine evaluation. you will get 4 hrs Seminole time out of it.
Then they send you to interview. If you choose to interview with Eagle and are accepted, you do the 8 week stage 2. This costs $18,140.
Eagle will pay $10k of it, but you must repay Eagle over time. In other words they will take it out of your check.
Also, you pay the $18,140 and the $2340 ALL up front. They refund you the Stage 2 if you do not get a conditional offer of employment to continue to stage 2.
AND this does not include room and board. $17.50/night for double occupancy room for all this.
I did not think it would be that great of a deal personally, but wanted to be diligent and check into it.
