Currently, Dubai has the same opportunity New York City did in the 1940's. If you go for the long term, you will be heavily rewarded.

The only difference I see in the real estate market boom over there is the homes are not artificially bought as they were in the US. Over there, you cannot finance. Homes are bought in cash. So, there will be no foreclosures. Anyways, back to the regular program.
