I used to be a controller for some of the contractors here in the US before I went to DOD and you will need to have at least, what is call here, a "Green Card" I don't know if you are familiar with that term, but it is basically a residence card that will allow you to live and work in the US legally..you can checkout Serco, Robinson Aviation (RVA) and Midwest ATC here in the US..I know Serco has some ATC contracts in the Uk..
