I have heard mixed reviews, however, the only person I know that actually stayed there was this guy:
http://atcjourney.blogspot.com/. He had no complaints. For what I am paying at Walnut Gardens for a 1 bedroom, I could get a 1 bedroom w/study at Mansions South. It was full when I tried to book there though.
