ICT pretty much blows, but there are some good restaurants! One over off Rock Road north of Kellogg called Red River Canyon or something to that effect, is awesome. One of my favorite restaurants. Don't forget the Aviators Lounge if you're staying at the Hilton...Tuesday & Thursday nights I believe, although it's been awhile since I've stayed there.
