It is this cavalier attitude that gets widows and lawyers involved in the first place. It is not a "right" to fly. Just as it is not a "right" to disregard a reg/AC because you happen to disagree with it.

You may choose to disregard it if you wish. But you cannot say the guidance wasn't out there. I think it should be enforced also.
