Freedom has less of the staffing issues because they fly the ERJ, and from who I've talked to it's not as bad for guys in MCO. Still there's a whole bunch of displacements and junior assignemtns that go on, it's still Mesa. One Freedom CA a while back in one of the crew lounges got illegally scheduled and would have had 7 days off in the bid period, yes 7. Happens every day at Mesa. My favorite is when they call me in the morning sometimes at the crack of dawn telling me that I'm doing a shift at a base that I'm not even based at, this happens at least once a month. It happens because people don't really care about the company, their job and each other, and why should they?? It's not just me I have plenty of buddys where we just sometime marvel at the stupidity of this company, or what ever it is. By the way I'm not disgruntled I'm just trying to be real to prevent others from making a mistake.
