You know you guys are talking about human factors. (Just took the class!

) It's basically the nonpilot version of CRM and even plays a big role in CRM. Things get lost in translation of written word. You can't see emotion, facial expressions or tone of voice, hence the 50 page flame war threads, but if you get together face to face and discuss the same topic, it's fun, civil, and you get the real meaning of what's being conveyed. Sometimes I can't follow what John says in his posts but in person, I'm totally in sinque whith what he's saying!
