I'm sure some of the other AWAC gentlemen will respond, but here is my opinion.

AWAC minimums are what? 600/100? Or is it 600/50?

Either way, the guy is short, way short.

Would HR even invite him to an interview with those times? I wouldn't be too concerned with the lack of jet flying time. AWAC has hired CFI's who had zero jet time.

But, real easily, I'd say he stays at PDT. He'll gain some valuable turboprop experience in a crew environment. But leaving PDT before 600/100(50) I think, would be a very bad choice.
