Default Re: IR DVDs

I find that my students that actually watch the DVDs are a hell of a lot easier to teach, while the ones that don't are a pain.

The Jepp DVDs are pretty good and are designed to be used in conjunction with the Jepp book.

The Sporty's set is thorough, but boring as hell; I have found that most of my students that get those start watching them, but don't finish them.

The King videos are good, but I get mesmerized by Martha's fro or John's Lazy eye reading cue cards.

All in all I think all are helpful, but I would definately try to find them used on Ebay or something. Saving coin is what flight training is all about.

Yes that is true, and very worth taking at the same time. Don't forget the IGI in that mix as well.
