This does sound pretty promising. I have been told by lots of people try to avoid Detroit if you can and stay as far west in the state of MI as you can. I am just ready to hear something and get this moving. What do some of you guys do now? Myself I am in something completely different I am a Mortgage person right now and in the market we are in I am losing money hadn over fist so I am ready for the stability and challenge of this position. As far as my selections......
Michigan: 1) Grand Rapids 2) Ypsilanti 3) Kalamazoo 4) Muskegon 5) Traverse City 6) Lansing 7) Pontiac 8) Saginaw 9) Ann Arbor 10) Flint 11) D21 12) DTW

Iowa: 1) Cedar Rapids 2) Des Moines 3) Waterloo 4) Sioux Falls 5) Sioux City
I would be happy with any of these as well.

I guess we will see the MI closes today and the IA closes Monday. Good Luck to you all maybe if we all end up in OKC at the same time we can grab a beer.
