I took the tour. Facilities are nice. Their sims are just MS Flight Sim with a yoke and throttle. They seem a tad expensive (though similar to ATP and others). You will have the option of doing limited training in a Cirrus if you want to pay a bit more. They guarantee graduates a 40K salary as CFI's with no contract. All of this is on their site.
BUT
As someone who considered going there and is going a different route, I may suggest something.
Get you PPL at an FBO (Arizona Aviation maybe) time build in a 152 or if you can a little in a tail wheel AC (for skill and kicks). Study on the ground and pass the instrument and commercial written tests yourself then take an 11 day IFR course and even accelerated commercial course. If you need a class environment for ground study I believe there is a place at Falcon Field offering structured ground classes for the cheap. Oh and buy Flight sim
CFI's then apply to work there if you want (they are really looking).
Anyhow, it REALLY would be the SAME thing. Just that it would be about 20,000 bones cheaper and all in the same vicinity.
