On the "no hope without a degree thing....." I'm a big supporter of applying anyway, no degree but not a requirement? Apply. Mins listed that you don't meet, but it says they're flexible? Apply. The worst that can happen is they so "no." Even then, you're no worse off then than you were before. Heck, I was below 1000TT when I applied here, and I still got the job. Keep in mind this was back in the day where if you had less than 1000 and didn't do a bridge program you were more or less stuck.
