I attended a Republic open house in BOS last week. They administer the cognitive (Wonderlic) and technical exams before presenting a 30-minute powerpoint on the company.

The Wonderlic is a very basic "IQ test" and takes 12 minutes (timed).

The technical exam is more from the AIM than the ATP test bank. Lots of questions like max holding speed, DME requirements, holding pattern entries. Takes about 20 minutes, but isn't timed.

I brought two copies of a current resume and was told they only needed one. I wouldn't bother bringing licenses or anything like that. If you don't bomb the exams, look presentable, and have the minimums they're looking for, you should expect a formal interview offer. I was called the next day to set one up.
