FltPlan.com, best thing since sliced bread. All the frequencies you'll need, including the FBOs as well as gov't preferred routes and commonly used user routes. Weather links and charts too. Another good way to figure out the routing to file is to look at FlightAware's IFR Route Analyzer. I'm all about getting that "cleared as filed" from ATC.
