I always love it when people ask that question, "What are the dimensions of Class D Airspace?" There are no dimensions--it's
as depicted on the chart.
Generally, it's a 5 mile radius and 2500ft AGL, but there are
many exceptions.
But really, in an IFR environment, who cares?
