The reporter says "he finally figured out how to open the door" Mind you thats the media saying that to sensationalize that. stuff like that makes good news. I don't blame the guy sitting in row 8 who was briefed on the row 8 door, not knowing how to open the door infront of row one.

Both are Completely the fault of the FA, and completely inexcusable. walk down 13 rows, check the lav, nobody still on the airplane.
