The union definitely needs to get it's head together and get the regionals a better contract. Regardless of hours of the people coming in, no-one should make such a low wage, EVER, doing ANYTHING. I take the responsibility (yeah, I know, SIC is just Sit In Chair) very seriously and feel that the training and our equipment justifies a wayyyy better wage. Hell, I was making 35K/yr as a completely inexperienced IT person..... come to think of it I was underpaid there too.
