I got to say this is by far the worst airport in the valley down there. When it comes to traffic and controllers that don't know how to control. Hope you have another pilot up front with you looking for other aircraft and also listening to tower. I have only used Cutter but it has been a couple of years, it was painless and easy, quick rental car.
