It seems almost everyone who posts on here has a story of the ASA interview gone wrong where they sent you home for no reason. So many negatives about not being hired it just seems like an impossible thing to accomplish unless you have a ton of glass, ton of turbine, etc. I have 85 hrs of glass, have been training in a CRJ900 PCATD and still feel unprepared after reading some of the gouges here!
