I believe that attitude has a lot to do with how well you like your airline too. Some people could (and do) have the best jobs out there but complain anyway. I don't get it. Others make the best of a bad situation...I just don't want to be saying to myself, "I wish I check out XYZ more." I have a pretty good attitude and can make the best of a bad situation, but I'd also like to make an informed decision.
